Face Time With The CEO
BAYS President and CEO visits each office to give real-time information and receive questions and connect with coworkers and leadership.
Annual Celebration
At the end of each year all staff gather for a celebration that includes, fun games, food, recognition, and many surprises.
Fun Events
Each year we have BAYS Employee Recognition Week where one Leadership Team Member takes breakfast or lunch to a program office to connect and give away gifts to employees. Each office plans events for staff to enjoy and give back including volunteering, donating, wellness initiatives, and more!
